Dubai Documents Record Sales – Over AED 6.6 Billion in Real Estate Transactions on Wednesday

The Dubai Property Market made record sales on Wednesday crossing AED 1.25 Billion for 461 sale transactions in total while a total spending of AED 5.22 Billion was recorded for mortgage transactions and over AED 154.86 Million were spent in over 53 gift transactions overall according to reports made by the Dubai’s Land Department (DLD).

A total of AED 332.08 Million were spent on land plot sales and AED 921.97 were spent on houses and apartment sales; over AED 106.71 Million were recorded for mortgages of 15 land plots while AED 5.12 Billion were recorded for mortgages of over 80 villas and flats, totalling the value of Wednesday’s Real Estate Transactions to about AED 6.6 Billion.
